The present invention relates to a rubber composition for tires, containing a core-shell structured particle including a core and a shell, the core having a melt viscosity at 38°C of 0.1 to 3, 000 Pa·s, the shell being formed of a polymer of a conjugated diene compound and/or an aromatic vinyl compound.
