Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage generation circuit capable of suppressing a cause of an error due to current supplied from a drive circuit to a bandgap reference circuit.SOLUTION: A reference voltage generation circuit includes: a bandgap reference circuit 1a for supplying current Iof a first current path P1 and current Iof a second current path P2 to an NPN transistor Qand an NPN transistor Qwhose bases are interconnected to output voltage Va; and an error correction circuit 1b for using current Iof a fourth current path P4 and current Iof a third current path P3 to fix a collector voltage of Qand Q. A bias circuit 1d generates bias current Ihaving the same temperature characteristic as collector current Iof the NPN transistor Q, and a PNP transistor Qsupplies collector current Iproportional to the bias current Ito the first current path P1, the second current path P2, the third current path P3 and the fourth current path P4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
