Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treated polyester film exhibiting excellent gas barrier performance and adhesive strength by laminating metal oxide by vacuum deposition for solving problems of prior technology conducting ion irradiation and vacuum deposition continuously, and a manufacturing method of a transparent gas barrier deposition film using the film.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyester film with long length taken out to ambient air after being wound to a roll shape by conducting ion irradiation is conducted by an anode layer type ion source in a vacuum device, and on which a surface treatment satisfying the following formula (1) is conducted. 1%≤ΔT≤15% (1), where ΔT(%) is difference light transmittance of 10 polyester films at wavelength of 400 nm before and after ion irradiation.SELECTED DRAWING: None
