Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bending a resin tube with high accuracy that can bend the resin tube in a short time and prevent it from returning to the original shape after the bending.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for bending a resin tube. Inside a resin tube 1, encapsulated is a saturated vapor 12 of a second temperature equal to or higher than a crystallization temperature of a resin material and equal to or lower than a melting point of it, and it is heated to a temperature equal to or higher than a glass transition temperature of the resin material, and the outside of the resin tube 1 is also heated to a first furnace temperature equal to or higher than the glass transition temperature of the resin material and equal to or lower than the melting point of it, to conduct a molding process S3, thus holding it at a temperature equal to or higher than the crystallization temperature for a fixed time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
