Title:
車両用灯具の放熱構造
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6811600
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation structure of vehicular lighting capable of assuring a required heat radiation performance and restricting an increasing in temperature of a light source by a simple configuration even at the time of stopping of a vehicle.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a heat radiation structure of a vehicular lighting 1 comprising a semiconductor light-emitting element (light source) 6 and a heat sink (heat radiator) 1 for radiating heat generated at said semiconductor light-emitting element 6. A heat sink 11 is internally installed at a heat radiating part 14B of a duct 14 including the heat radiating part (a vertical part) 14B extending at its part in a vertical direction and the semiconductor light-emitting element 6 is cooled through promotion of heat radiation at the heat sink 11 with air flowed in from an intake port 14a of the duct 14 and discharged out of an exhaust port 14b, the heat radiation structure of the vehicular lighting 1 is set in such a way that a blast area S1 at a location where the heat sink 11 of the duct 14 is internally installed, an opening area S2 of the intake port 14a of the duct 14 and an opening area S3 of the exhaust port 14b have an established relation of S2≥(0.4 to 1.25)S1≥S3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
