PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organism image processing device for generating an organism image from which a target is removed from an organism image including the target.SOLUTION: An organism image processing device 1 comprises: a reception part 11 for receiving a training image for input which is an organism image including a target, a training image for output which is an organism image including no target, and an input image which is an organism image including the target; a learning part 12 for learning a neural network which performs image processing for generating the organism image including no target from the organism image including the target, using the training image for input and training image for output; and an image processing part 13 for generating an output image obtained by removing the target from the input image using image processing of the neural network which is a learning result, in which the neural network has plural convolution layers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
