Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-glare system which can determine if eyes of an occupant are exposed to disturbance light, and has a high degree of freedom with regard to an installation position of a camera.SOLUTION: An anti-glare system includes: a distance image camera 2 for generating image data containing distance information relative to a driver 200, by reflecting light emitted from a light emitting element on the driver 200 and receiving the light with a light receiving element; a control device 3 for determining a state of an occupant that is a state of the driver 200, on the basis of the image data; and an anti-glare device 4 for reducing an amount of sunlight G exposed on at least eyes 203 of the driver 200, on the basis of the state of the occupant. The light receiving element is capable of receiving light of the sunlight G reflected by the driver 200, and the control device 3 determines whether the sunlight G is exposed on at least the eyes 203 of the driver 200, on the basis of the image data. In the case of receiving the sunlight G reflected by the driver 200, the anti-glare device 4 reduces the amount of sunlight G exposed on at least the eyes 203 of the driver 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
