Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topographic change analysis method capable of easily analyzing a topographic change.SOLUTION: The topographic change analysis method is a method of analyzing the topographic change in an object region, on the basis of first point group data obtained by acquiring the topographic shape of the object region at a first timing and second point group data acquired at a second timing different from the first timing. This method includes: a positioning step of positioning the first point group data and second point group data on the basis of an ICP method; and a step of analyzing the topographic change on the basis of the displacement between the first point group data and second point group data positioned in the positioning step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
