Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a texture adjustment support system that makes characteristics of an illumination light to be equivalent in comparison with a real object and a virtual object by CG, regardless of reflection characteristics, a surface shape and transparency of the real object, and supports the adjustment of a texture setting parameter for any CG designer to bring texture of a virtual object close to the real object.SOLUTION: A system for supporting the adjustment of a texture setting parameter when generating a virtual object whose texture is close to a real object by CG, comprises: an imaging box that is a container having an internal space for blocking external light, fixes a real object inside thereof and has a light source arranged in an arbitrary position; an imaging apparatus that is arranged at the imaging box and captures a captured image of the real object; an imaging environment acquisition part that acquires a light source position of the light source in the imaging box and a viewpoint position of the imaging apparatus; a captured image display part that displays the captured image in which the real object is captured in the viewpoint position; a reproduction image generation part that generates a reproduction image of a virtual object corresponding to the light source position and the viewpoint position; and a reproduction image display control part that displays the reproduction image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
