Abstract:
The invention relates to a manufacturing method for a pneumatic tyre. Provided is a method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire in which air is hard to left on places near the end on the width directionof a butyl rubber layer. The manufacturing method for a pneumatic tyre has following processes: laminating a butyl rubber layer (31) and a separating layer (30) from above a rubber chafer (13), clamping the end on a width direction of the butyl rubber layer (31) by the rubber chafer (13) and the separating layer (30), wherein before the process, slope above 20 DEG and below 35 DEG is formed on the end of the width direction of the butyl rubber layer (31) and the separating layer (30), relative to surfaces (34, 35) of the butyl rubber layer (31) and the separating layer (30), in the above process, setting overlap width (L1) of the rubber chafer (13) and the butyl rubber layer (31) to be above 5 mm and below 20 mm.
