Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material capable of being tightly fitted into a space of a building frame of a building.SOLUTION: A building material 1 includes a plate-like body 2 that is made of a synthetic resin, and dents 4 that are formed on an end surface of the body 2 and continuously arranged in a longitudinal direction of the end surface. A cross-section of the dent 4 is formed in a semi-circular shape or a U-shape. The at least two dents 4 arranged on the one surface are arranged, and separated from each other. The body 2, which is made of the foamed synthetic resin, is fitted into a predetermined space in a restorably-compressed state in a direction in which the dent 4 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
