Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impurities detection apparatus for hydraulic fluid of hydraulic equipment that can detect even an abnormal state of the hydraulic equipment without the flow-rate stabilization of the hydraulic fluid by a pump.SOLUTION: An impurities detection apparatus comprises: a sub tank 2 for temporarily storing a specified quantity of hydraulic fluid, which is placed at the height level such that hydraulic fluid flows out to a hydraulic fluid tank 1 by natural flow-down; a pipeline 3 for connecting the sub tank 2 to the hydraulic fluid tank 1 and for flowing out the hydraulic fluid from the sub tank 2 to the hydraulic fluid tank 1 by natural flow-down; a sensor 5 that is provided in the middle of a pipeline 3 for detecting impurities mixed in the hydraulic fluid; and a connecting valve 4 that is also provided in the middle of the pipeline 3 for temporarily storing the specified quantity of hydraulic fluid in the sub tank 2 and for connecting the sub tank 2 to the hydraulic fluid tank 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
