Abstract:
To provide a method for transporting raw meat and a raw meat package for transportation that can suppress the increase in the number of bacteria during transportation from a pack center to a retail store and promote the development of bright red color immediately after arriving at the retail store.SOLUTION: Provided are a method for transporting raw meat and a raw meat package for transportation, wherein a raw meat package 10, which is packaged with raw meat using a film having an oxygen permeation amount of 800 cc/m2 day or more under a condition of 25°C and 60% RH, is accommodated in a transport outer package 30 and transported in a state where the oxygen concentration inside the transport outer package 30 is maintained at 0% or more and less than 18%, and then the raw meat package 10 is taken out of the transport outer package 30 and brought into contact with the atmosphere.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
