Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creating method and system of an optimum flight network capable of determining a flight path consuming a small amount of energy.SOLUTION: A flight plan area determination unit 14 of an appropriate position determination unit 12 determines a flight plan area on the basis of the three-dimensional map data read out of a map data storage unit 10. A provisional position determination part 16, for a plurality of moving way points in the flight plan area, determines a flight path of a minimum energy consumption from each moving way point to each fixed way point by Ant Colony Optimization, and then determines a position having a minimum average energy consumption by particle group optimization. This process is applied to all flight plan areas included in the three-dimensional map data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
