Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintainability of tape cutting unit.SOLUTION: A component mounting device 1 includes a base 2 having a base surface 12, a feeder bank 20 fixed to the base 2, and having a feeder support 24 for supporting a tape feeder 7, and a tape cut unit 30 for cutting an empty tape BT. The feeder bank 20 has a gate-shape for permitting movement of the tape cut unit 30 in a first direction (Y direction) parallel with the tape feed direction. The tape cut unit 30 is supported on the base surface 12 so as to be able to move between the assembly position P1 below the feeder support 24 and a lead-out position P2 in the outside of the feeder bank 20, and fixed to the base 2 at the assembly position P1 by means of a bolt B2 (fixing means).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
