Abstract:
To provide a light emitting device in which a leakage current between adjacent organic EL elements is suppressed and power consumption is reduced by utilizing optical interference.SOLUTION: An organic EL device includes a reflective electrode, a hole transport region, an electron trap type first light emitting layer, and a light extraction electrode in this order, and a sum of a thickness of the hole transport region and a thickness of the first light emitting layer is an optical distance that enhances the light emitted by the first light emitting layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
