Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden of operations by interlocking the operations of a plurality of mechanisms provided in a printer.SOLUTION: An operation interlocking mechanism of a printer includes: a head moving mechanism 130 which performs pressing/retreating operations of a thermal head 123 with respect to a platen roller 122; a press roller moving mechanism 150 which performs pressing/retreating operations of a press roller 126 with respect to a feed amount detection roller 125; an attaching/detaching lock moving mechanism 160 for a printing medium which operates locking/unlocking for attaching/detaching a tape cassette to be mounted in a cassette holder section or an attachment 170 for guidance of the printing medium; and an operation member 132 which performs an operation to be a trigger to start the operation of at least one of the head moving mechanism, the press roller moving mechanism, and the attaching/detaching lock moving mechanism for the printing medium. At least two or more moving mechanisms of the head moving mechanism, the press roller moving mechanism and the attaching/detaching lock moving mechanism for the printing medium are configured to be drivable by interlocking with each other according to the operation by the operation member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
