Abstract:
To provide technology for promptly acquiring information required for automatic driving.SOLUTION: An information processor 11 detects change of a specific feature which is the feature on a road required for automatic driving based on probe information acquired by an on-vehicle device 12a every time a preset timing elapses. The information processor 11 calculates: a first index which is an index regarding an aspect of the specific feature to be calculated based on the probe information acquired in a first period; and a second index which is an index to be calculated based on the probe information acquired in a second period earlier than the first period.
