Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement sensor and displacement measurement device that prevent measurement accuracy from falling, and can prevent a disconnection of a coil accompanied by a temperature change.SOLUTION: A displacement sensor (100) according to the present invention comprises: a shaft cap (11) that is a part contacting with a measured object; a metal shaft (12) that is connected to the shaft cap (11); a coil base (21) which is hallow, and into which the metal shaft (12) is inserted; a coil (22) that is wound around an outer peripheral face of the coil base (21); and a displacement-amount measurement unit (23) that measures a change in inductance and resistance of the coil (22) due to a movement of the metal shaft (12) in the coil base (21) in a state where a current inflows into the coil (22), and thereby measures an amount of displacement of the metal shaft (12). Further, a spiral shape auxiliary groove (24) is provided in the outer peripheral face of the coil base (21), and the coil (22) is wound around the auxiliary groove (24).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
