PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method of efficiently manufacturing a ceramic molded body whose ceramic particles have a high packing density; and a manufacturing apparatus therefor.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a ceramic molded body includes spraying a slurry to a surface of a heated substrate. The slurry contains ceramic particles and a dispersion medium in which a concentration of the ceramic particles is 5-80 vol%. The dispersion medium preferably contains water or alcohol.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
