Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a solar cell array in a simple manner.SOLUTION: A solar cell array includes a substrate 180 having an insulation property, a plurality of elements 100 provided on the substrate 180, and a conductive portion 191 connecting the plurality of elements 100 to one another in series. The substrate 180 includes a partition portion 181 partitioning between the elements 100 adjacent to each other among the plurality of elements 100. Each of the plurality of elements 100 includes a rear surface electrode 160 positioned on the substrate 180 and a photoelectric conversion layer positioned on the rear surface electrode 160. Each of the plurality of elements 100 includes a portion 161 positioned on a photoelectric conversion layer side on the rear surface electrode 160 and having a first polarity the same polarity as that of the rear surface electrode 160. A conductive portion 191 extends along an upper surface and a side surface of the partition portion 181 so as to electrically connect the portion 161 having the first polarity of the elements 100 adjacent to each other among the plurality of elements 100 and a portion 131 positioned on a side opposite to the rear surface electrode 160 side of the photoelectric conversion layer and having a second polarity different from the first polarity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
