Abstract:
To evaluate performance of an antifouling agent at an early stage.SOLUTION: An antifouling performance evaluation method includes: an immersion step (S11) for immersing a test piece coated with an antifouling agent into immersion test water in which aquatic organisms exist; a sampling step (S13) for sampling attached matters including the attached organisms attached to the test piece after a prescribed immersion time has passed; and an analysis quantitative step (S15 to S17) for determining the amount of the attached matters by analysing the sampled attached matters by a biomolecule analysis method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
