Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal separator which achieves improvement of the processing capacity even when having a structure in which a screen adheres to a basket.SOLUTION: A centrifugal separator 1 according to one aspect includes: a basket 20 which rotates around a rotation axis A; and a porous screen 30 which is attached to an inner surface side of the basket 20 and rotates around the rotation axis A. The basket 20 includes: cross ribs 22 which contact with an outer peripheral surface 30a of the screen 30; and opening parts 29, each of which is provided between the cross ribs 22.
