PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medical forceps capable of quickly collecting an excised biological tissue, and a medical forceps system including the medical forceps.SOLUTION: Medical forceps 100 include: a first pipe 3; a second pipe 2 inserted inside the first pipe 3; a third pipe 1 inserted inside the second pipe 2; a supply port 25 communicated to the inside of the second pipe 2; a spring member 5 connected to a tip of the second pipe 2 and formed of a material with spring properties; and an opening/closing member 4 connected to the spring member 5. The first pipe 3 is moved relative to the tip side with respect to the second pipe 2, such that the first pipe 3 moves the opening/closing member 4 to a second position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
