To improve the accuracy of detecting an abnormality in the production line.SOLUTION: The preventive maintenance device according to one embodiment includes: a state determination unit that determines a state of an object on the basis of image data of the object captured by an imaging device installed on a manufacturing line; a model generation unit that generates an estimation model for estimating a state of the manufacturing line on the basis of learning data in which data representing a result of the determination performed by the state determination unit is associated with data representing a state of the manufacturing line registered by a user; and a state estimation unit that estimates the state of the manufacturing line on the basis of the data representing the result of the determination performed by the state determination unit and the estimation model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
