Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, which is superior in charge capacity characteristic of a battery after cycles.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery has a separator for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, which includes a polyolefin porous film, a porous layer containing a polyvinylidene fluoride-based resin, a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate, where the value of the positive electrode plate, represented by the following formula (1) falls in a range of 0.00 or more and 0.50 or less, and the value of the negative electrode plate, represented by the formula (1) is in a range of 0.00 or more and 0.50 or less: |1-T/M| (1). Further, the porous layer is disposed between the separator for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery and at least one of the positive and negative electrode plates; in the polyvinylidene fluoride-based resin, the α type crystalline content is 35.0 mol% or more. The method comprises the step of coating each current collector with an active substance at a coating speed of 10-200 m/minute, thereby preparing the positive and negative electrode plates.SELECTED DRAWING: None
