Abstract:
To provide an emulsion that has an excellent dispersion stability without using an emulsifier (surfactant).SOLUTION: The oil-in-water (O/W) type emulsion according to the present invention is an oil-in-water (O/W) type emulsion in which the dispersoid is oil and the dispersion medium is water, and in which, characterized, alcohols are added as water-soluble additive to stabilize the emulsion dispersion. As the alcohols that are a water-soluble additive, ethanol or glycerin is suitable, and particularly ethanol is effective.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 29
