PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength aluminum alloy sheet excellent in moldability, flexure processability and dent resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a high strength aluminum alloy sheet excellent in moldability, flexure processability and dent resistance, having a component composition containing Mn:1.00 to 1.25 mass%, Fe:0.30 to 0.70 mass%, Si:0.50 to 0.85 mass%, Ti:0.005 to 0.10 mass%, Mg as impurity restricted to less than 0.10 mass%, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, conductivity of 42%IACS or less, elongation of 28% or more, 0.2% bearing force (YS) of over 100 MPa, 0.2% bearing force (YS) after conducting an aging treatment of 170°C×20 min. after introducing 2% prestrain (YS) of over 110 MPa and ΔYS=(YS-YS) of 10 MPa or more. Further it may contain Cu:less than 0.80 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
