PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat composition capable of obtaining a cooked food product having modest flavor/richness, while having plane flavor.SOLUTION: In a fat composition, the content of XXX is 0.3-3 mass%, and the content of X occupied in the total amount of constituent fatty acid is below 10 mass%, where the meaning of X and XXX are described below; X: linolenic acid, XXX: triacyl glycerol; in which three X's are ester-linked to glycerol, and further, the content of saturated fatty acid occupied in the total amount of constituent fatty acid is 25 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
