PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for realization of broadcasting by MMT, based on digital broadcasting by the MMT of an ARIB standard.SOLUTION: A communication device (IP broadcasting/repeating installation 1) for connection with a first communication device has an acquisition unit (MMT-SI analysis section 14) for acquiring time stamp information from first information having time stamp information related to presentation of medium information, a first time information calculation unit (MMT-SI analysis section 14) for calculating presentation time information, a second time information calculation unit (MMT-SI analysis section 14) for calculating decoding time information, a third time information calculation unit (transmission control section 15) for outputting the second time information, generated on the basis of first delay time information, as the first time information, and a first output section (data transmission section 17) for outputting the first information to a first communication device, until the third time information, synchronized with the time information of a time server, becomes the first time information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
