Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beauty instrument capable of detecting a skin abnormality and providing care simultaneously.SOLUTION: A beauty instrument includes a skin stimulator 3 including a stimulating surface 3a that comes in contact with a skin surface and gives stimulation, a skin stimulation source 116 for giving physical beauty stimulation to the skin stimulator 3, and a skin abnormality detection part 88 for detecting an abnormality of the skin surface optically. The skin abnormality detection part 88 includes a lens 142 having a measuring part 143 opposed to a part to be measured of the skin surface, a light emitting part 138 for emitting an inspection light toward the part to be measured of the skin surface, and a light receiving part 139 for receiving the inspection light reflected by the part to be measured. In a front view opposed to the stimulating surface 3a, the measuring part 143 is disposed inside an outline of the stimulating surface 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
