Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrated winding stator capable of increasing the number of turns.SOLUTION: A phase-to-phase insulation member 50 has a first edge on one side in a circumferential direction and a second edge on the other side in a circumferential direction, and is bent in a V-shape. The phase-to-phase insulation member 50 is compressed to be inserted into a slot 25 from an inner peripheral side in a radial direction through a slot opening. After passing through the slot opening, the first edge and the second edge are inserted, by elastic return force, into one and the other of a first gap S1 and a second gap S2, the first and second gaps being defined by an inner wall part outer peripheral surface 122 of an inner wall part 120 of a first edge insulation member 100 disposed on one side in an axial direction of a stator core, an inner wall part outer peripheral surface of an inner wall part of a second edge insulation member 200 disposed on the other side in an axial direction of the stator core, a first tooth tip part outer peripheral surface at a tooth tip part, and a second tooth tip part outer peripheral surface at the tooth tip part. The first edge insulation member 100 and the second edge insulation member 200 have not a phase-to-phase insulation member guide passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
