Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a supply method of calibration parts used when a misalignment amount of component mounting position of a component mounter is measured.SOLUTION: In order to sequentially measure a component mounting position shift amount of a plurality of component mounting machines 12 before starting the production, a replacement robot 72 repeats an operation to take out a calibration component supply unit 25 and a calibration nozzle supply unit 81 from a feeder setting unit 24 of the component mounting machine 12 that has completed measurement of the component mounting position shift amount, set the units in the feeder setting unit 24 of the component mounting machine 12 in the next measurement order, and measure the component mounting position shift amount of the component mounting machine 12 in the next measurement order to sequentially measure the component mounting position shift amount of the plurality of component mounting machines 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
