Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous baking machine that enables an appropriate baking temperature to be set.SOLUTION: A continuous baking machine includes: a heat-resistant belt 27 for loading baking objects on a baking travel part 39 in heating regions 41, 43, and 45, and conveying them; a plurality of baking chambers 7, 9, and 11 adjacent to each other in a travel direction of the baking travel part 39, partitioning the heating regions 41, 43, and 45; inter-baking chamber communication parts 51 and 53 that partially communicate the baking chambers 7, 9, and 11, and pass the belt 27; an inlet opening part 47 that partially opens one baking chamber 7 located at the end part in the travel direction, and passes the belt 27; an outlet opening part 49 that partially opens the other baking chamber 11 adjacent to the end part in the travel direction, and passes the belt 27; a plurality of carbon heaters 13 disposed on the upper side and the lower side of the baking travel part 39 of the belt 27 in each of the baking chambers 7, 9, and 11, which are arranged continuously in the travel direction of the belt 27; and an operation part 15 for controlling the temperature of the continuously arranged carbon heaters 13 for each of the baking chambers 7, 9, and 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
