Title:
水素センサ及びその使用方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6872186
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a technique for detecting hydrogen.SOLUTION: A hydrogen sensor 10 includes: a sample pole 12 which contains an alloy of palladium and Group 11 element of the periodic table, and which is formed so as to come into contact with a sample of a measure object; a standard pole 14 which is formed so as to come into contact with a standard sample containing a predetermined amount hydrogen; and a hydrogen ion conductor 16 which is formed so as to come into contact with the sample pole 12 and the standard pole 14. The alloy of the sample electrode 12 contains the group 11 element of an amount necessary for preventing the phase transition of the alloy when hydrogen contained in the sample dissolves in the alloy of the sample electrode 12 at the temperature around the sample electrode 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
