To provide a vehicle guidance system capable of appropriately guiding a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle guidance system 1 for guiding a transport vehicle 20 loaded with sediment is configured by comprising: a position information acquisition unit 122 for acquiring position information of a construction machine 10 that carries out a work of extracting the sediment; a target position calculation unit 124 that calculates a target position P of a discharge of sediment in a transport vehicle 20 based on at least position information of the construction machine 10, a load amount of the sediment on the transport vehicle 20, and a type of the sediment; a communication unit 13 for transmitting information of the target position P calculated by the target position calculation unit 124 to the transport vehicle 20; and a guiding unit 23 provided in the transport vehicle 20 and guiding the transport vehicle 20 by showing the distance between the transport vehicle 20 and the target position P and the target approach track 31 of the transport vehicle 20 for the driver of the transport vehicle 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
