Abstract:
Provided is a support device for a safety device of an elevator, the support device being capable of reliably supporting the safety device at a doorstop column. This support device for a safety device of an elevator comprises: a support body disposed along a doorstop surface in the doorway of an elevator car, the support body supporting a lighting body or a light-receiving body of the safety device; an upper grip body that grips the upper part of the support body and the upper part of the doorstop surface together; and a lower grip body that is disposed from the obverse-surface side of the lower part of the support body across to the reverse-surface side of the lower part of the doorstop in a state of being fitted into a threshold groove provided to the lower edge of the doorway of the car, the lower grip body being supported by the bottom part of the support body so as to be capable of moving vertically, and being configured so as to be disposed lower than a position for sandwiching the lower part of the support body and the lower part of the doorstop when the lower grip body is moved downward, and so as to be disposed at the position for sandwiching the lower part of the support body and the lower part of the doorstop when the lower grip body is moved upward.
