Abstract:
This air conditioner comprises a refrigerant circuit, a control unit (100) a first temperature sensor (52) that detects the temperature of indoor air, and a second temperature sensor (54) that detects the temperature of a framework that demarcates an indoor space. The control unit (100) controls the refrigerant circuit, thereby performing a first dehumidifying operation in which substantially the entirety of an indoor heat exchanger is caused to function as an evaporator, and a second dehumidifying operation in which a portion of the indoor heat exchanger is caused to function as an evaporator. The control unit (100) selects either the first dehumidifying operation or the second dehumidifying operation using the temperature of the indoor air and the temperature of the framework.
