Abstract:
To provide a security system capable of displaying information helpful to a user when a security card is authenticated, in addition to opening an entrance door.SOLUTION: A security system 10 comprises: a card reader unit 42; a door lock mechanism 108 provided at an entrance door 34 of a security space in a building; and a state output terminal that outputs a state signal for a facility provided in the building. The card reader unit 42 includes: a reading unit 90 that reads identification information of a security card 50b; a security control unit 110 that determines whether the identification information read can be authenticated and places the door lock mechanism 108 in an unlocked state to enable opening and closing of the entrance door 34 when the identification information read is authenticated; and an information display control unit 112 that outputs various information to a display unit on the basis of a state signal of the state output terminal when the identification information read is authenticated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
