Abstract:
To provide a cartridge type filter element for dust collector which does not depend on performance characteristics of components other than a filter medium.SOLUTION: In an element in which an end member 20, 30 made of a non-woven cloth or a woven cloth are stuck to both ends of a cylindrical filter medium 1 in which a pleat PP comprising a non-woven cloth or a woven cloth impregnated and solidified with a resin is formed, a cylindrical part 2, 3, on which a surface thereof there is no irregularity is provided in such a manner that both ends of the filter medium are formed into a such a shape that folds constituting the pleat are folded back, the cylindrical part is interpolated in a gap part of the end member which is so made as to be a dual structure of an outer cloth and an inner cloth to create a gap therebetween, and the filter medium and the end member are sewn by a slit yarn spun by slitting P, T, F, E.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
