Abstract:
The present invention provides a locking device, an opening and closing device comprising the locking device, and a door or window comprising the opening and closing device. These devices, even being installed in a door/window panel having an increased size, can be used in a condition without occurrence of poor conditions. The locking device (30) has a top-side press-taking member (42) that includes an operation face (42a), which is arranged transversely in a manner of being orthogonal to a sliding direction of a locking bar (38), such that when a grip (28) is operated to move from a locking position toward an unlocking position, the operation face is pushed and pressed by a driving pin (36); and an inclined face (42b), which is arranged to continue from the operation face (42a) and incline upward in a direction toward a front end side of the top-side press-taking member (42) such that in a condition that the grip (28) is in an unlocking position, the driving pin (36) is in abutting engagement with the inclined face.
