Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing apparatus capable of suppressing damage to the surface of a flexible conveying roller and accurately conveying a sheet.SOLUTION: A processing apparatus 100 comprises: a pair of conveying rollers 61, 62 for conveying a sheet S; an urging member 66 for urging the pair of conveying rollers 61, 62 so as to convey the sheet S while sandwiching the sheet with both conveying rollers 61, 62 when the sheet S is conveyed by the pair of conveying rollers 61, 62; and a processing part 6 for performing predetermined processing on the sheet S conveyed by the pair of conveying rollers 61, 62. Among the pair of conveying rollers 61, 62, the surface of at least one of conveying rollers 61, 62 has flexibility. The processing apparatus 100 also comprises urging force release mechanism 671 for releasing an urging force exerted by the urging member 66.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
