Abstract:
To provide an apparatus and program for managing users of a nursing-care facility, which can efficiently perform a training program on users of a nursing-care facility.SOLUTION: The user management apparatus includes: user quantity counting means (control unit 1) for counting the per-task quantity D5 of users scheduled to visit for each day of the week using user information including task D2 of each user and a day of the week D4 scheduled to visit, execution task determining means (control unit 1) for determining a predetermined number of training program execution tasks D6 for each day of the week based on a counting result from the user quantity counting means in order from tasks whose per-task quantity D5 of users scheduled to visit is large, and scheduled participation date determining means (control unit 1) for determining a training program participation scheduled date D8 of each user over a predetermined period based on the training program execution task D6 determined by the execution task determining means and the user information so that rates D9 of participation of the individual users in training programs are equalized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
