Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to purify an SGP substance with high efficiency and in a simple manner. The present invention provides: a method for purifying an SGP substance by means of cross-flow ultrafiltration, said method being characterized by comprising a step of subjecting an aqueous solution containing the SGP substance to a cross-flow ultrafiltration treatment using a primary membrane through which the SGP substance can pass and protein-type impurities cannot pass to produce a filtrate (step A) and a step B of subjecting the filtrate produced in step A to a cross-flow ultrafiltration treatment using a secondary membrane through which the SGP substance cannot pass and low-molecular-weight impurities can pass to produce a concentrated solution (step B); and others.
