Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for surely performing management of an installation position of a product and product support after product delivery, in the system for managing positional information of the product.SOLUTION: A traceability support system comprises: a portable terminal 30 of an owner for transmitting positional information when installing a product; a portable terminal 30 of a distribution undertaker for transmitting support information when supporting the product; and a traceability support device 40 for managing the positional information and the support information of the product. The portable terminal of the owner acquires the positional information of the portable terminal, and associates the information with product identification information to transmit the information to the traceability support device. The portable terminal of the distribution undertaker associates the input support information with the product identification information to transmit the information to the traceability support device. The traceability support device manages product management information including guarantee period information of the product, the positional information of the portable terminal of the owner, and the support information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
