Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3D printer and a three dimensional molding method capable of smoothly supplying a filament.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermofusion lamination type 3D printer which melts a filament 3 formed of a resin material by a heater 2B provided on a molding head 2, squeezes the filament from a nozzle 2A, laminates the filament for molding. The printer comprises at least cooling mechanisms 6, 7 for cooling the filament 3, for example, from a filament feeding mechanism 2C to the heater 2B, and on a front side of the filament feeding mechanism 2C, the cooling mechanism 6 is provided, or, a cartridge to which the filament is wound is stored in a cooling chamber. Whole device or a molding part comprising the molding head 2 may be stored in the cooling chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
