Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display panel in which low resistance of a common electrode is realized, and luminous efficiency is improved while suppressing luminance unevenness.SOLUTION: A first auxiliary electrode layer 135 mainly composed of a first metal (e.g., tungsten) is formed above a substrate 100x, and a second auxiliary electrode layer 200 mainly composed of a second a first metal (e.g., aluminum alloy) is formed on the first auxiliary electrode layer 135. Surface area of the first auxiliary electrode layer 135 is larger than that of the second auxiliary electrode layer 200. Furthermore, resistance of the surface layer of the second auxiliary electrode layer 200 is larger than that of the surface layer of the first auxiliary electrode layer 135. A common electrode layer 125 is in contact with the first auxiliary electrode layer 135 (excepting the part on which the second auxiliary electrode layer 200 is formed) and the second auxiliary electrode layer 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
