Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a transparent conductive film of carbon nanotube using a dispersion of carbon nanotubes and a transparent conductive film.SOLUTION: A producing method of a transparent conductive film 1 that uses a dispersion containing carbon nanotubes 3 and 1-cyclohexyl-2-pyrrolidone as an organic solvent. The transparent conductive film 1 has low sheet resistance and high in-plane uniformity of the sheet resistance. A dispersant is not used in the dispersion.EFFECT: A dispersant removing process is unnecessary to be able to reduce a production process, and the transparent conductive film 1 having high quality can be stably produced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
