PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support accommodation of a maintenance person between users in a plant.SOLUTION: A maintenance person accommodation support system has a dispatch source database in which a technical knowledge level of a maintenance person of a plant user is registered, and a management device for extracting the maintenance person based on information relating to the maintenance person registered in the dispatch source database, and includes: a person authentication information input unit for receiving an input of the technical knowledge level specified by a dispatch source employer relative to the technical knowledge level of each maintenance person registered in the dispatch source database; an adaptable maintenance person extraction unit for extracting a maintenance person candidate that is the maintenance person adaptable to the technical knowledge level specified by a dispatch applicant employer from the dispatch source database; and a dispatch possibility information output unit for outputting confirmation information on possibility of dispatch to the dispatch applicant employer relative to a maintenance person holding employer to which the maintenance person candidate extracted in the adaptable maintenance person extraction unit belongs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
