Abstract:
To provide a linear actuator capable of preventing a screw shaft for output from falling by using a stopper, and also being used for zero seek, to thereby save labor for preparing an origin position sensor separately.SOLUTION: A linear actuator comprises a motor part 10 having a hollow rotational shaft, a screw shaft 23 for output inserted onto an axial line of the hollow rotational shaft, and a screw nut 24 disposed in the hollow rotational shaft and screwed into the screw shaft 23 for output. The screw nut 24 is provided so that rotary motion of the hollow rotational shaft is converted into linear motion of the screw shaft 23 for output. A limit position of tip part in an advance direction of the screw shaft 23 for output is regulated by a stopper 28, and the limit position regulated by the stopper 28 is set to an origin position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
